Our Process
At Wrecktified, the first step in our process is to conduct an initial inspection to assess the damage and determine the necessary repairs. We assign an experienced estimator to carefully evaluate the vehicle and provide the customer with an accurate estimate of the costs involved, as well as information about insurance coverage.
Step 1
Once we have the customer’s approval to proceed with the repairs, we move on to disassembly if necessary. We carefully remove any damaged parts or components, such as exterior trim or interior panels, to access the areas that need repair.
Step 2
Our skilled technicians then begin the bodywork process, using a variety of techniques such as welding, hammering, and sanding to restore the car’s body to its original shape and contour. We take great care to ensure that the repairs are completed to a high standard so that the car looks as good as new.
Step 3
Next comes the painting process, which is one of our specialties. We carefully sand and prep the car for paint, and then expertly apply the new paint using state-of-the-art equipment to achieve a smooth and even finish. We take pride in our ability to match the color of the new paint to the original paint color of the car, and we always apply a clear coat to protect the finish and ensure durability.
Step 4
Once the painting process is complete, we move on to reassembly. We reinstall any parts that were removed during disassembly and complete any final repairs, such as replacing damaged glass, repairing electrical systems, or aligning the wheels. Our goal is to ensure that the car is in perfect working order and looks as good as new when it leaves our shop.
Step 5
Finally, we conduct a thorough quality control inspection to ensure that all repairs have been completed to our high standards. We take great pride in delivering a well-maintained vehicle that runs like new, and our attention to detail is what sets us apart. When the car is ready for pick-up, we notify the customer and look forward to seeing them drive away in a car that’s been expertly repaired and restored.
