What should I do immediately after an accident?

You should contact your insurance company and then bring your vehicle in for a free estimate at Wrecktified. We’ll inspect your vehicle, document the damage, coordinate with insurance if needed, and give you a clear plan. We’ll even guide you through the insurance-repair process to minimize stress.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes, we work with all insurance companies and are a certified repair shop for State Farm and Auto Owners.

How long will the repair take?

The repair time depends on the extent of the damage, the make/model of your vehicle, parts availability, and whether there is structural, aluminium, or heavy collision repair involved. We map out the repair process (inspection → disassembly → bodywork → painting → reassembly → quality control) so you’ll know the timeline up front. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process to ensure transparency.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We offer a prorated lifetime warranty.

Will my vehicle be restored to the same safety standards as before the accident?

Yes — all of our technicians are trained to repair every vehicle to OEM standards.

What types of vehicles and damage do you repair?

We repair all makes and models, including domestic and import vehicles. We handle everything from minor cosmetic damage to major collision and heavy structural damage, aluminium repairs, auto glass, paintless dent repair (PDR), and more. Bring your car in for a free estimate.

How do you keep me informed and involved during the repair process?

Our process is transparent: we begin with a detailed vehicle inspection, then proceed to disassembly, followed by bodywork, painting, reassembly, and final quality control. We’ll provide updates via phone or email, show you pictures if needed, and let you know when your vehicle is ready for pickup. We also coordinate directly with insurance, so you don’t have to chase multiple parties.

Do you have loaner vehicles?

We partner with major rental car companies to provide discounted rates while your vehicle is being repaired.
